Archana Kulkarni is a holistic health educator, speaker, and life coach exploring one of the most overlooked dimensions of human health: the profound influence of our emotional patterns on physical well-being.

After a successful career as a Certified Public Accountant in the United States, Archana returned to India to pursue a different calling — understanding why lasting healing often remains elusive despite growing awareness of nutrition, exercise, and preventive healthcare. This journey led her to study and integrate evidence-informed nutrition, lifestyle medicine, behavioural science, emotional well-being, and contemplative wisdom into a practical framework for sustainable health.
